HOTEND BUDAS 2.0 ABSOLUTELY DEFORMED!!!

Dear provider:
On 25 Jan I bought you a hotend as a bidding article (ebay code 310849614232, which isn't anymore available) and a week ago was the first time I switched it on. I followed very accurately the instructions of Marlin but suddenly I noticed that the hot end was completely deformed (the head with the metal rod were both twisted and some fused ABS was passing between the rod and the TFT tube). It's obviously a factory error because I've never heard such problem and I've been working with 3D printers for 3 years.
I've taken some pictures of the deffective piece; if you provide me a direct email I could send you all the pics that demonstrate the damage. Please contact me as soon as possible. As you could see in the pictures it's impossible to fix the failure. Surely you will have to send me a new hotend, because it's a quality error. I haven't changed any of the initial parts you gave me and I'm sure 100% I have never heat the hotend over 230° which is absolutely normal.
