What is the best way to get abs to stick to the print bed? What settings should be used?

You can smear a layer of glue to make the filament stick to bed. To print with an extruder, you can refer to this page to set slicer:

Heat bed is at 95, extruder at 240 and elmers glue and it is still peeling up on the corners. What is the best glue to use?

It'd better like this one: http://es.aliexpress.com/store/product/ ... 61306.html
You can also use common liquid glue but it's harder to get the item out of bed after printing.
