hi Sir
when I have given to print.
both repetier-host as pronterface. I have always received the same error:

RECV: Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered!
RECV: Error: Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the errors and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)
[ERROR] Error: Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the errors and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)

you know why it can happen???.

Ok i have make the test that show in the forum and i think that extruder termistor is wrong . What i do?
i have pruchase the printer a few days ago and i have not print anything.
Can you shipped me a repair part that is wrong?

Did you get it from our official site or somewhere else?
I think you can contact the seller to have a replacement.
