Extruder Problems when printing ABS

First off, I got a Geeetech i3 pro C printer with an MK8 dual extruder and both extruders are missing a fan and heat sink, is this how the extruder is supposed to come?

Also, after printing with PLA filament perfectly last week, I tried printing with ABS for the first time today and both extruder temperatures started fluctuating up and down about 40C when they were heating up to the proper extruder temperature, has anyone else had this problem? I think it might be because of the missing heat sinks and fans.

Lastly, is there any trick for lining up the stepper motor with the actual extruder? I've been having some trouble with feeding the filament into the extruder.

About the missing parts,you can ask our sales(sales@geeetech.com) for some help.
And as for problem about feeding you must ensure the filament should be along the groove of Philip screw like pic below. It is hard to drive the filament If filament not in the correct position.
