Extruder motor wont rotate

Post by harvester66 » Thu Jul 09, 2015 2:35 pm

Hi. I have a mecreator printer and the extruder motor wont rotate. It's just shakes when it attempts to move.

Can you let me know if this is a issue with the motor or if it will be the board?

hi,maybe you do not connect the stepper motor cables correctly, please check the cables connection. another reason is sub-step ,please plug the jumpper cap in the sub-steps.

Hi,please boot jumper cap: do remember to put the jumper cap, or it will affect the connection with PC(the system can’t detect the corresponding COM port) and the upload of firmware.
