Extruder Motor Not working...

All items fulfilled, but to revive the stepper motor of the extruder and failed
Judging by the topics on this forum I the only one who has the same problem with the 2560 GT
I'll call the customer service.

Dear friends
please try the following ways to solve the problem.
1.the extruder will move until the temperature was raise to 180 degrees for PLS,240 degrees ABS.Please check whether the extruder is heated up.
2.please swap the driver board with x-axis,if x-axis is working,the driver board is good.
3.please connnect the motor wire of the extruder to x-axis .if working,the stepper motor is good.
4.please re=download the firmware.Please refer to attachment.
If all above methods do not work,please contact the customer service.

Hi,
I have a Acrylic Geeetech I3 Pro B With GT250 control board & A4988 motor driver,
I set up every thing , & tested....X,Y Z motor work fine,but Extruder motor not working..
temperature of extruder ..check
spring tight ..check
motor driver.. check
plug extruder motor wire to x motor slot.. check
Exchang extruder motor wire with x motor wire.... check
motor driver voltage between 0.9-1V....check

I have try all this ,but still not work....
What should I do ??
