All items fulfilled, but to revive the stepper motor of the extruder and failed :(
Judging by the topics on this forum I the only one who has the same problem with the 2560 GT
I'll call the customer service.

If reloading the firmware doesn't work,please leave the order number or contact the customer service.

hi, my apology for delay in reponding.these are upgraded firmwares,it could make the extruder work now,please download it if necesarry.
