Dual extruder sagging: anyone else

I have no clue what was used to print the parts because they came from Geeetech. If there is a problem with the part that was included with my printer, then Geeetech should replace it without any cost to me.

That there sounds like a smartass comment. How can I recommend this printer to my customers if they are going to have the same problem? You don't buy a new car and then go and have to buy parts for it to make it work.

Your response should have been "sorry for the trouble guys. We have shipped you new parts, and they have been redesigned so it doesn't happen again"

That is how you provide good customer service.

My extruder just started to sag as well. In my case, it because distorted in one direction from the combination of weight and heat. I think that the plastic is the same on that they use to 3D print the parts (ABS?) and it gets soft when the temperature of the extruder goes up. I am asking tech support to replace the part, but I think that this will be happening if the design is not changed.

I contacted Rannie in customer support 3 times trying to get a replacement piece. I have gotten nothing and the last 2 emails were unanswered. At this point I am printing with a rigged piece that had screws running through the carriage to level the extruded. Rannie knows this and has not shipped a replacement. Your customer support is very bad. You should stand by your products. i am about to write a review of this printer on the site where I bought it and the best rating I can give it is 2/5.

Rannie has replied you via email, maybe you have not received yet. And we've re-send you the replacement piece.

the acrylic plate of y axis doesn't have same size at all corners. i think your bed leveling is not good.

Not sure what the role of bed leveling is to the extruder sagging. Please explain.

sorry. i understood the problem wrong. i have the same problem extruder sagging. i think this problems reason is slicer settings. because only some layers has this problem. when i slice with cura, the problems decreased but still continue. the extruder is bad, i bought another extruder from lulzbot i am waiting to arrive it.
