Fillament load problem

i've tried to load the fillament in the extruder, it heats up good, but the motor jams and cant load it up. If i pull the fillament back, the motor works normally

1. Raise the temperature of extruder. 240 degrees for ABS, and 200 degrees for PLA.
2. Increase the distance between nozzle and hot bed. Maybe the distance is too low to let the filament come out.
3. Rotate the screw with spring on extruder to increase the intensity of extruding.

I dissassembled the mk8 extruder fna and it resulted that the gears were misaligned: i correctedit and it works normal now.
