GT2560 Too little power.

Hi.
I have a GT2560 Rev A + built in with a 12V 30A power supply.
2 extruders and one bed.
The extruders are heated extremely fast. I think that's very good. But the bed just makes it to 70 degrees. If I want to heat it higher, then an error appears. I've tried PID autoleveling, but even in autoleveling mode, it does not make it to 90 degrees. Then I also noticed that the Mosphet gets very hot. Therefore, I have a large aluminum plate installed so that the Mosphet does not burn. The bed has 1.2 ohms.
When I connect the bed to the 12V power supply, the bed easily reaches 90 degrees. I could install a relay, but is my Mosphet broken?
sorry for google translate.
