LCD screen does not light

Hello, I am new and beginner in 3D printer and I encounter a small problem that I can not solve.
I recently bought my first printer (Prusa I3 Pro B), after mounting the spindle correctly and several connections checks, at the time of turning on the printer, everything seems to work except the LCD2004 Controller LCD display :(
so I conducted my little investigation, install Arduino 1.0.1,
- choose firmware 5) Firmware for I3 pro & proB
I3 pro & proB (GT2560)
Marlin-PI3_Pro_B.zip
(299.2 KiB) Downloaded 21871 times
- USB COM + Board 2560
- Uploaded to the electronic card
I can then connect to the Repetier software, but still nothing on my LCD and can not move the engines or whatever is despite rebooting, checking connections etc ...
there are no screws to adjust the display lighting on this model, the connections are good .. :( I am a little lost.
is my LCD display flawless? (I noted that if the SD cable is plugged into the LCD input, the screen turns on without showing anything and emits a sound) what do you think? thanks :) (I apologize for the translation, I'm french ^^)
