Changing output for heated bed

I am curious if there is a way to change the location of the heated bed output in the program to be where the 3rd extruder is.

I have a M201 with GTM32 control board. The microchip that controls the heating of the heated bed has burned up. I have setup the heated bed and its thermistor to replace extruder 3. However, I can only control its temperature when I am printing from my computer. I would like to be able to print with heated bed from an SD card.

So i think you can solder the mosfet(microchip) from extruder3 to the place where the broken one for bed was?
