What are the correct Z steps settings for this board ? the firmware on the LCD reads 80.0 stepps for all 3 axis, the stepps calculator in Repieter host calculates 2560 stepps , but when I got it up around 800 stepps everything seemed to lockup. So I re-installed the firmware and set it back to 80.0. Now when I move Z Axis up 100mm according to Repeatier Host , I only get 15.62mm actual upward movement . CAN ANYONE HELP ON THIS ? :?

I guess you bought the M201 upgrading kit(with lead screw on Z axis, not threaded screw)?
Then did you flash the right firmware?Have a double check on it:

1. I The kit I bought did not have lead screws in it, but I do have a set of 8mm leadscrews with 2mm pitch dia. that I can install. Will these work?
I have the original threaded rods supplied with the M210 kit I bought a year ago.

2. I double checked the firmware , I have the correct one.

??? There's more thsn one kit ? I asked for whatever it took to upgrade to the GTM32 Pro control board, and not knowing for sure what all was required I accepted your reps recommendation and ordered that . I received the control board ,2 conversion boards and wiring harnesses ( I was short 1 extruder motor wire). The KIT I received no mechanical parts ,
