Control board not working

Hi

I bought a spare control board GT2560 for my 3d printer which I also bought from official seller Geeetech. I'm am satisfied with it. It's a really good relationship between price and quality. So thanks once more.
I'm writing you because of this spare control board i just bought. It doesn't work. When i plug all wires to control board and turn on 3d printer nothing shows on the lcd dispay. I just get dark sqaures on the display. The other control board I have (original one that came with 3d printer works OK) shows the same dark squars, but just for 3-4 seconds, then shows 3d printers status as it should.
Can you please help me? Is the item broken?

Maybe the spare board wasn't uploaded the firmware,you can try uploading the firmware for it:
