Hi, on my geeetech Prusa I3X the Extrudermotor dosen't the work!
There is notension at the extruder port, i think the gt2560 is burned!
I changed the A4988 with them from x axis and the Extruder Motor not work at his own Port!I also heated up to 200 degrees!
When I connect the extruder motor to the port of the x axis, it works!
I measured ground against all pins on the extruder port and there is no voltage

Thx for help

Hi,
Generally speaking, there are four reasons in total for extruder motor not working:

Before trying the following solutions, first heat up your extruder to its preset temp.

1.The driver A4988 on this motor has a problem. You can swap it with the one of working motor.

2.This motor itself has a problem. But you said it's working.

3.The motor cable on this motor has a problem.Still you can swap it with the one of working motor.

4.The the driver slot has a problem so can't send the right output to the motor,at this moment you need to swap the pins with extruder2.
And if you're in the fourth case, you can plug the extruder cable to extruder2 slot on the board, refer to this to modify the pins:
