Gt2560 not working

My gt2560 stopped working.
The USB connection does not recognize more and the photo of the chip becomes very hot when I connect the USB.
When I turn the fontede power the LEDs are marked access.
What can I do to solve the problem?

I tested this procedure and meanchip not have 5v. What will?
