I have a GT2560 Board and after a print I let it cool down. It cooled down fine. When I went to start my next print the bed would not heat up, I checked the Board and this is what it looked like! Why would This happen to my Board and connectors?? Is the Heat bed faulty or the board? I will need it fixed ASAP.

I have a coarsair pus! it burned out the psu wire as well. was this a problem with the first of the gt2560 boards? this was one of the first boards produced. or is the heated bed shorting out?

You can start print first, then the board it OK in the first time I think. It might be the wires somehow shorted out with each other, and you don't notice it.

I got the same board and this happened to me turns out that the wires going to the power connection for the heat bead were moving at the connector while the bed was moving. To keep this from happening again you must secure the wires some were just before it go into the connector. Prevent the wires from moving around. Then re-solder the connection or replace the connector. I did this and all is fine now. Hope this helps.
