Need G2S fuse

Looks like I blew a SMD fuse on my G2S. Can you tell me the specs/type so I can buy one?
I don't see any documentation on what type of fuse it actually is.

name specification type parameter
FUSE SMT 5*10 0154010.DRT 10A/125V
FUSE SMT 5*10 0154015.DRT 15A/125V
