I uploaded and have my options back, but when printing the Extruders do not move, tried several things, motors are good, and the driver boards work when swapping with X Y and Z . However the Extruders when plugged in their correct positions

hi,could you tell me the printer type you have bought.maybe the firmware you get is wrong.and i will send you a new firm ware.
