Broken printrboard

hi

a few weeks ago I received my printerboard and installed it to my printer and connected it to the computer to upload some software.
Suddenly the USB connection stopped working my PC or my mac did'nt even see it anymore.
only the red light was burning and resetting didn't help either. We tried several times with several cables but no result.
I have already read your wiki page and serched some forums to see if anybody had had this problem before, but apparently nobody has.
We can't make contact to the board and think the usb communication is completely dead.
I want to ask of you to send me a new one or return my money.
