you can test the r32 r37 r28 r39 is solded well。the min temp err means that the thermistors is not connected well with mega2560.it is open circuit。

I'm not expert in dmd soldering, I've only tested all the resistors with the multimeter and always got around 4.3 k value

Please see the attached figure,You provide resistance value is normal,
You can check the electronic circuit is normal? waiting your reply.

To much complicated for me…

between T0 pins I have around 9 k ohm, the same on T1

cannot test further
