does not heat or move motors

hello I have a plate gt2560 does not heat nor the bed niel extruder the fuses are well the led green illuminated the mosfet they mark me all 13.5v in the pin 2 and 3 use a power supply atx of a pc the motors only move to go to home

I have problems to upload the photos when I can upload them. I have to have everything plugged in so that I can warm the exuser and the hot bed

solve the problem of the hot bed is changed the polarity and also solve the extruder the thermometer was in short I can move the engines

it is normal for the motors to remain exercised after moving them manually.
