Gt2560 stopped working

Hello,
My gt2560 suddenly stopped working after a few minutes of use.
Everything seemed to be working properly but after a few minutes of settings, motors suddenly stopped and lcd displayed blinking black squares, then the lcd turned off.
So I unplugged the usb cable and turned the psu off!

Now when I only plug the board to the computer the device is no mire recognised, a few leds are blinking on the board then only one stay on and the lcd screen light is on but nothing is displayed.

When I turn on the psu it happens the same but the lcd screen light is off.

I checked the board and there is no trace of burned components.

Have you any solution?
Can I have a replacement board?

I tested psu and it works (12.09v on each wire):

I also tested the two fuses and they are not burnt!

Very low voltage at meanchip 0,003v (I think it it the margin of error of my multimeter, true voltage must be 0v)
