X,Y,Z,E control boards

Greetings to all, Can anyone tell me if the Teensylu v0.8 Hi3D RepRap Prusa Mendel printer driver board is a replacement for or can replace the the Sanguinololu V1.3a controller boards for RepRap Prusa Mendel Delta Rostock?
