x axel missed 1mm

please i need some help. i have a me creator and something is wrong.

when i try 2 make a plus it will make a fine perfect line on the y axel, then it make a perfect line from the midle and to the right.
then from the midle 2 the left on x axel it put the line 1mm under the midle im lost what 2 do????

Check whether the belt inside the x-axis motor with loose and sliding is smooth or not, if this happens plz adjust.If everything is ok,try to lower the printing speed.

could it be the eeprom? . or something else, that do not operate.
I've tried to loosen and tighten , but can not see any difference .

what is your opinion

the problem is solved.

was missing a screw in the pulley
