Me Creator 3D printer Default EEPROM setting

While i was printer Suddenly my printer stopped working :(
looking for the reason i found that my Controller broad was not working "Serial communication doesn't work
so i brought a new identical controller broad and thing are doing well but nut the EEPROM values read zero
Can any one share their Me Creator default EEPROM values

download the firmware and you can find the settings:
