Not operational with ramps

I am at a loss. I have had this printer for 3 months and still cannot get it working. I have the prusa I3, running with a 2650 and a Ramps 1.4 .

As of currently, the printer:

Cannot connect to any computer with ramps installed on the iduino.
Is not recognized at all.

No LCD power.
No response from printer.

Iduino sans ramps connects and uploads fine, but once the ramps is added it no longer connects.

Steps Taken:

Rewired (several times to ensure its correct)
Tested on 3 iduinos, 2 ramps, 3 cables, 3 computers, and multiple uploads of marlin.

I am out of ideas as to what could be causing this.
