USB / serial problems

Hi,

I face a lot of serial communications errors ,
sometimes i have 5 minutes with no problems then too much errors (resend or wrong commands or n 'waiting commands) to use the printer
don't know what to do

i checked serial speed/stop bit/parity: 250000/1/no
cache size 63

i tested change of usb cables

any ideas?

maybe the wires was not connected well .some wires are loose.so,pc could not deliver comand to printer.please reconnect the wire.
