Extruder not working

Hello,

I have a problem with the GT2560 card of the Geeetech Prusta i3 Pro B.

In particular the extruder control. The extruder stepper motor is working properly. I checked the drivers of the engine, for example exchanging the driver of the X axis with the driver of the extruder, the drivers work.

I checked that the cables are working properly and everything is ok. The extruder still does not work.

I noticed that turning on the printer but the extruder motor makes a short buzz for about 1 second, but it doesn't turn. I hear this light buzz.

I tried to update the printer firmware several times using the version 1.02 you recommended. The problem remains.

I wouldn't want to change the GT2560 card, is there still something I can do?

Hello.

You are doing a good job by testing individual components.
Have you tried to connect the extruder motor to another controller :?:
Also check the order of the coloured wires in the bundle, if there is no mistake.
Try to connect another motor to the extruder socket.
And check if the Vref voltage on the stepstick module is not too low. ;)
