Z axis and easy print problem

Hello, I recently finished the assembly of the prusa i3 pro W, but while doing the first print I faced the following problems:

The z axis is having trouble moving up and down, it gets stuck and makes a lot of noise. I tried taking out the threaded rod and noticed that one motor is moving first and then the other so it destabilizes. Also, the x axis is not moving much.

The problem with easy print is that when I start the job nothing happens, the extruder and the heat bed stays off, I don't know if it's a connection problem, I tried heating the extruder and the bed manually and it worked.
