steppers not moving

Hello

I am having some issues with my new Geeetech Acrylic Prusa I3 pro B.

I cant get my steppers to move also I cant get the extruder to heat.

I have tried to install the firmware I can find in this forum but it did not work.

I can read the temp for both the bed and the extruder but only the bed is working.

the display says it is ready.

with the M119 command it says:
18:46:32.073 : x_min: open
18:46:32.073 : y_min: open
18:46:32.073 : z_min: open

Hi,
Cuz your motors didn't moving,so you got "X_min:open" not "X_min:triggered".
I post a reply in your another post.
