Y Axis Issue_Acrylic Geeetech I3 Pro B

Hello, my name is Alessandro and I write from Italy.
I have a Acrylic Geeetech I3 Pro B and, after having built it up, I am actually facing a problem with Y axis.
I can regularly bring the Y axis to Y Home (Y=0) but, when trying to move the Y axis to Y=200mm the extruder positions itself to approx Y=100mm.
So the extruder can cover only approx. half the heated bed.
I've already tried to modify belt's tension, but without success.
What could be the issue? How to solve it?
Thanks for your support
Alessandro

P.S.: If needed, I can post videos or pictures.

Hi,
Maybe the wrong subdivision of Y motor cause it.
First, check if all the jumpers have been plugged in.

Then,if the first step is right already, and the Y motor still moves incorrectly, modify the "step/mm" parameter in LCD controller panel, following my steps:
"Control->Motion->Ysteps/mm:80", you need modify the value "80" to its double value"160".
Finally, remember to save the setting:"Control->Store Memory".
