Weak motors

I buy the I3 Pro B printer but for my surprise the motors received are 42SHD0034-20B instead the 42SHD0217-24B.
That motors have much less torque, you are cheating the customers.
They will end up losing steps in fastest print speeds.
What a disappointment...

Hi,my friend
So sorry to bring you that trouble. And its our fault not to update our user manual for Pro B,cuz we have been using 42SHD0034-20B instead of 42SHD0217-24B.The engineer said they two have not much difference and both belong to 42 motors.About the losing step problem,i think your can check if the corresonding driver voltage of the motor is enough or maybe the relevant timing belt is too tight.
Regards

The 42SHD0217-24B have a torque of 450 mN.m and the 42SHD0034-20B have a torque of 260 mN.m, so yes they have much difference.
Other Prusa I3 printers they use no less than 450 mN.m motors.
If I knew that the motors that came with this printer were these maybe I had decided not to buy it.

William, based on what you have said and what I have recently discovered ( based on your statement), I would request that you review your previous statements.
I do not know your role within the Geeetech 3d printer business, but you previous statements lead me to believe you are lying, behaving unethically, or terribly misinformed.
Did you want to check your previous statements to ensure they are correct? I will give you the opportunity to retract any mistaken statements, prior to contradicting some of your statements.

I just discovered the same !
The worst point is not to add 15$, it just to have to wait several weeks before being able to use the printer like it should have to work from day 1 !
You'd better not reduce your price and ship the printer with a bit more powerfull motors.
I understand now the source of all my problems....
