Skipped layers

I am having a problem with my prints. It seems that the extruder loses tracking of the print halfway through the job. Leaving a stepped result on the printed object. What could be the cause of the problem? I am using a MeCreator with Cura as the slicing software. Thanks.

I think one of your motor is skipping steps, so you can check the voltage of the driver, check this link here:

rotate the potentiometer on the driver and you'll change the voltage of the motor to a proper range.

What is the optimal range to be adjusting to. The last reading was in the 0.8 range. To obtain a smoother action should it go up to 1 or to 0.7?

If 0.8V works good, then don't need to change it. Me is 0.9V for all of the motors.
