G2 belt tension on XYZ motor

Post by fotomickey » Fri Jul 24, 2015 1:38 pm

Hi all experts

My G2s able to move arm in all axis smoothly in medium speed but as G28 & G29 running in fast speed, Y-Motor or Timing belt start skipping or stuck ( (make aweful sound)) in fast or sudden moment especially G28 & G29 and cause G2 s loses its coordination & could not do proper Auto-leveling. Please give some advise if belt-tension or some other issue has causing problem. Please assist.

Thanks in advance
