How about re-uploading the firmware? The firmware has been sent to your email.
And you must raise the temperature to 180 degrees to move the extruder.

i resolve the problem but now i have more problems....no one of the fans are working after reinstall the firmware.....y check the conection and are fine, i check the voltage and i dont have any in the area of fans......other problem that i have its that when i made the autolevel, i put all the axis in the center but when i tried to move y and x in negative and positive this crash with the bed........i up the z axis 3mm and the axis dont crash......for example i put z in 3mm, in the center of the ber had this distance betwen the bed and the extruder, but when i go to z=3 x=-50 y=-50, the extruder are touching the bed and when i go to z=3 x =+50 and y= 50 its the same the extruder are touching the bed, and this are the same with the same dimencions in positive and negative, but when i go to all the axes in 0 its perfect the center and the extruder are in the exact position

Can you please tell me what you changed to resolve the X axis moving in the wrong direction? I have this as well, and if I can get something to print (still trying to calibrate and getting terrible quality), the model is always mirrored.
