Auto-home is going in reverse

I have the prusa I3 mendel printer form geeetech. But when I select.. 'auto-home' on the LCD it goes in the opposite direction of where the stoppers are mounted..
I'm sure the stoppers are in the correct spot so I don't understand what's wrong..

I wanted to check the firmware of the sanguinololu board but I can't seem to access that.

Try to move the motors through LCD(prepare>move axis>move 1mm>move X/Y/Z), check if they move in the opposite direction.

If I move to axis from 0 to 100:

The X will move right to left, the Y will move from front to back and the Z axis will from up to down.

How? It's not like I can plug them in backwards? The connector only fits in 1 direction

You are talking about the connector on the sanguinololu board? The connector has a plasic bit underneath it that only allows you the plug it in one direction

Oh, sorry, I forgot.
So you have to change its direction in firmware. Do you have firmware?
