I cannot get axis to move. Y axis was moving for a bit so I tried switching y and x axis stepper drivers and then the x axis would move but not the y. So I removed and reconnected all stepper drivers to make sure they were all seated properly and now none of them move except a little bit MAYBE. Bit they all humm. Please help. Been going at it for 3 days now. Thank you

Do you plug all the jumper caps(12 in all) under stepper drivers?

I have the same problem, what do you mean by jumper cap. The build instruction says nothing has to be done to the motor driver.

On the left side is motor driver(A4988), right side is jumper cap. It should be plugged under motor driver.

My x axis motor is humming and moves a little. then after a few seconds it moves a little faster but a short distance then stops before hitting the end stop. the other axis y and z are fine. I have tried making sure all the end caps have a good connection. It is still barely moving.

Please swap the driver board(A4988) with y axis.if y-axis doesn't work, the driver board is bad.

Yeah, found the above posts lastnight and a driver board is bad. The printer is brand new. Bought off eBay. It sucks that it had expedited shipping but now have to wait for epacket shipping for the replacement driver to actually be able to print. The instruction had several mistakes too! Including telling me to hook up the power supply wrong! It blew the circuit breaker. Thankfully I found the picture on your parts page with the correct wiring on the power supply.
