Inconsistent Movement

Then if I press -0.1 it slowly moves toward the hotbed and I need to press "Emergency Stop" to end the movement, then I press the +0.1, 1, 10,50 and it continues in the same direction (toward the hotbed).

Z axis direction seems wrong in the firmware. Does your printer homing well ?

I think the GT2560 board is bad. The printer does not work. Please fix the issue.

May I ask you someting about your machine? can you manuly control all the motors turning? And the temperature ? the endstops?
I think if they are all works well , your problem may not be the board,might be the firmware. Tell me your printer type,and I'll attach the firmware for you to verify it if you want,TKS!
