Re: axis problem
What filament are you using? If it's ABS, the temperature should be 240.
If you are using PLA, please check if the extruder motor can move without filament first. If it moves, I think there are potential reasons:
1. The distance between nozzle and hot bed is too small to let the filament come out.
2. The extruding tension is not proper. Please rotate the screw across spring in extruder until it can feed the filament.
3. The power for extruder motor is not high enough, please rotate the screw on extruder motor driver, to let the voltage between the screw and GND is more than 1V.
4. The slicer setting is not so good, you can refer to this page to improve it:

If it does not moves, please check if the extruder motor or motor driver is fine:
1. Turn off the printer, swap extruder motor driver with x or y motor driver, turn on thr printer raise the extruder temperature to 200 degree, check if it moves.
2. Connect extruder motor to x motor slot, check if the extruder motor moves withtou filament when homing.

Re: axis problem
I am a little confused by you. The driver I call is A4988 or DRV8825, but the driver you call seems to be motor slot.
