Re: Auto-home is going in reverse
What current should the drivers be set to? One of mine won't work and the x and y shutter when going one direction. Sometimes when I tell them to move from repetier they don't move at all.

The default current is 0.6A. The voltage between the screw on motor driver and GND is around 1V.Mattao1977 wrote:What current should the drivers be set to? When you let the axis move by LCD or Repetier, what LCD or Repetier displays?

The manual LCD control works the best but not always, I keep getting a hit end stop error when it's not even close. The manual control on repetier host has lag or does nothing. I have to disconnect the printer because it becomes unresponsive.

Re: Auto-home is going in reverse
I found the problem, I must have reversed the polarity of the extruder stepdriver. Now turning it counter clockwise raises the current. Any way I can switch it back?

Ok I found its port E0 that has changed polarity not the step driver. Other step drivers do the same thing in that port. Lower current clockwise, higher counter clockwise. Can I bypass it and use E1?

Re: Auto-home is going in reverse
You can try to use Repetier-Host 1.0.6 to control the printer.
If you want to connect extruder to E1, you have to change something your self in Marlin firmware.

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue with my i3 prusa but only for the Y axis. When I click home in repetier-host, it's going in the wrong direction.<
Is it possible to send me the firm to fix the issue ? can't wait to do my first print

please include the procedure to flash it
