Prusa I3 Pro C Dual Extruder X-axis problem

Hello,
I have assembled a Prusa I3 Pro C and had somehow a problem with my X-axis ...
When I was heading towards the home position with Bolt-host it runs exactly to where it is on the end-stop when I run at the arrows Press the axle also go where they want. But when I start a 3D printing it remains simply on the Home position when I send a G-code shows me repeater host although he as down to 100 if I G0 X100 or X100 G1 eingegen ....
Anyone happen to know a solution to the problem?
