motor extruder works

On my prusa i3 pro c, main board 2560, extruders doesn't work
i think i found why my motor of extruder doesn't work.
in software repetier, configuration,configuration eeprom firmware (printer must be connected) acceleration of extruder E is by defalt 5000, too much, i set to 100 and my motor run ok. save in eeprom.
