MECREATOR 2 - REPLACEMENT - FAN AND CABLE

Hello, I'm Vicente Martinez, from Spain.
I ordered a Mecreator 2 3D printer on May, 2017, via Amazon (order 407-8204653-8865903, 4th of may, 2017) and It has been working ok lately.
I have some problems with two pieces. The fan has been broken and I can't find for a replacement with the same 3-pin connection. (other fans available online have bigger connections and don't fit)
Is there any possibility of buying / ordering a new 3-pin fan?
There's a photo of the broken fan:

In case there is no way of ordering a new fan. ¿what is the 3-pin connector type? JST 2.0? JST-ph? JST-XT?
Another important issue is the cable connection between the main body and the extruder. It has a broken contact. I fixed it temporally by a smal welding, but I would like to get a new intact cable.
You can se the cable at these photos:

Is there any way of getting a new cable? It is a very important issue for me.
Again, if I can't order it... what's the denomination of the cable for ordering at an electronics shop? It's a 12-pin cable but I don't know the connector type name.
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,
Vicente
