hello,
before sending the new feeder i ve got another trouble with the board or the sd card reader i think

i can t send you the video i made because you refuse the mp4 attachment
the trouble is that when i start a print the temperature of the nozzle stay at 0°c(set in slicer at 210°c)
after a stop of the print if i restart usually it s the nozzle goes at the right temperature210°c it s quite rare
that the print start at the first start some times at the second try it doesn t works
i plug and unplugged the 'screen+sd' to test without any success
if i use usb i don t have seen any trouble 5(i only use it twice )but i can use the printer close to my computer
if you have a solution thanks

So it sounds like the SD reader didn't read the relevant gcode correctly?

Did you try reflashing the firmware and change another SD card(a brand new one) to take a look?

In the meantime, did you check if there is relevant gcode for heating extruder in the .gcode file(in your SD card)?

hello
i first believe in sd trouble i make a try with an other sd card without success
but yes it s look like bad reading or interpretation of Gcode (ok for bed wrong for nozzle)
my seller give me an email contact in support and to mr WAN...... to send them the video
hope you ll get it also
for the sd reader may be it s the problem i don t have one to make a try
may be after the video you ll have an idea
what do you mean by flashing the firmware reinstalling arduino... i ll make a try this afternoon
and for the gcode if you mean opening it with text editor and reading it i try but i'm not an expert
bye

sorry im not natural english speaker so i don't all the time understand and succeeed in explaining what i want to say
that is the reason why i made the video to show my trouble
