I3 M201 PID Autotune Hotend

Hello,
We are sorry for the bad translation. I bought the I3 M201. Now I have bought me another Hotend.

The new Hotend too much heat. In another forum I was informed of PID Autotune. When I type in the terminal M303s230C10 pasiert nothing. That should start PID. What am I doing wrong?
