Hi Geeetech,

I have finally had the chance to build the M201 that i purchased late last year.

I have several bugs that i am unable to simply work out.

1. Aluminium heat Bed - The bed has a curve making it impossible to print any job running across the 280mm front of it the curve is uniform from front to back. Is this a known design flaw or is there a solution

2. Hot end temperature - in software and on the LCD there is no temperature read from the hot end thermisiter, when i change it to another port i get a reading - do i have a dud control board how do i get this solved?

3. Z-Stop bolt - this z stop bolt using the longest M3 with spring and washer as per your build instructions even with it wound completely down it does not have any chance of allowing the hot end to get close enough to the print bed by about 1cm.

1. the bed might be bended during the transport, how about clamp a glass on the bed?
2. seems like your hotend connector is not responding, have you checked the wirings? you need to plug the thermistor in the temp 0 connector, and maybe check out this link, check the board using the method here:

And how about the pads of the thermistor connector, is there any bad solderings?

It would seem as if that would be the case. unfortunately i do not have a glass print bed that i can mount to trial. Not sure where to go from here

Thanks for the thread link went though the process for the new instructions Z-mount now works spot on.

Spending time to go though the wiring now hopefully come to a solution other wise back here and back to the drawing board for this
