DRV8825 high pitched noise

I have Pro C printer with GT2560 board and A4988 stepper motor drivers. I order to lower printer noise i swapped them with DRV8825 drivers that i got from geeetech. I have adjusted current limits and steps per mm in the firmware.
The motors are turning but i can now hear horrible high pitched noise from the motors. Exactly like in Thomas Sanladerers video https://youtu.be/g6Bxoqr8QlY?t=5m21s
My question is there anything i can do to make it work normally or do i have to use the A4988 with my GT2560 and 42SHD0217-24B motors?

And yes, the drivers are inserted the right way in the GT2560. I tested all the motors and several different DRV8825 drivers, all is the same.

Have you checked the subdivision of the drivers? I mean the jumper caps under the driver. check this link:

I think if you just want to use 8825 on the GT2560, change the jumper caps and the voltage to 1.0V and will be ok, don't need to change the steps/mm in the firmware.

So when installing DRV8825 there must be only first jumper under the stepper driver???
