Help, while printing it homes and says

HI, i have just purchased a A30 pro single extruder, into a 13 hour print, the machine homes by its self, and says Hotend to cold to change filamnet. I have not tried or want to change filament. I click for it to resume print, 5 minutes later it does it again.

what is up, i have the filament sensor disabled and enabled the same thing happens.

what is causing this?
