Need HELP with 3D TOUCH - NO pin comes out !!!

hello guys,
i'm going crazy with this 3d printer.
after a long time the printing works quite acceptable i bought with the "3d touch".
i have bought the
A30 Pro printer
firmware V 01.01.01
hardware version 1.3
according to the instructions of geeetech i installed the 3d touch and updated the firmware with the firmware tool from the geeetech site to version 1.1.1.
now the problem:
after switching on the printer the 3d touch pen goes out and back in three times. So the self test works.
then i choose "auto level
switch the switch to "ON
then i want to test if the 3d touch works by pressing the button "push pin down" and "push pin up".
NOTHING HAPPENS HERE !
by mistake i came to "masure", then the hotend went to the middle and pressed the nozzle into the bed and wanted to go on and on.
Because the pin did not go out, no end was recognized. so i now have a fat hole in the plate.
WHAT do i have to do to get the 3d touch to remove the damn pin ?
