FIXED-Hotend temperature steadily dropping after start -solved

Hi,
I´m having troubles with hotend temperature of my A30M (V1.7) After reaching correct temperatures, the printer starts but the hotend temperature is steadily dropping from 200 to 165°C within ca. 3-4 minutes until the printer stopps. When manually controlled filament extrusion at 200°C is stable and no problem. It almost appears to me, as if the hotend is turned off after start....
What I tried so far:
-use of gcode-files that used to work
-check gcode for M104/M109 S0 code: none between M117 and the end
-reset of factory defaults
-exchange of the 2 in 1extruder (complete spare part SKU:700-001-1163 ) and the extruder extension board
-check proper connection and voltage and current of both heating cartridges
-exchange and check proper connection and function of temperature probe
-firmware update to V1.01.04.
None of the above made a difference :-/
I just ordered a new MB, however an other good idea is much appreciated.
THX in advance for any help
